It has been months since I first saw the picture.

The moment I saw it, I decided it must be my next target. Since the water, the rocks, the trees, are all my challenges, so I drew a draft with pencil before starting the painting.

Am satisfied with the sky (some of the clouds could be a little lighter), the rocks, the mountain in the background, but extremely frustrated by the trees. I just could not get the feel of the branches, all trees seem quite awkward.
